Tidel Supply ships eligible products throughout the contiguous United States (the 48 states). Shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates may vary depending on the product, package weight, destination, carrier availability, and selected shipping service.

1. Standard Shipping — FREE

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States (48 states).

Standard shipping delivery times are estimates and may vary based on:

  • Destination.

  • Product availability.

  • Warehouse processing time.

  • Carrier capacity.

  • Weather and other circumstances outside Tidel Supply's control.

The estimated delivery date shown during checkout should be considered the most current estimate available for the order.

2. 2-Day Shipping

Tidel Supply may offer 2-day expedited shipping for eligible products and destinations.

The 2-day shipping charge is calculated based on factors including:

  • Product/package weight.

  • Shipping destination.

  • Package dimensions where applicable.

  • Carrier rates.

  • Service availability.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before the customer completes the purchase.

2-day shipping refers to the carrier's applicable transit/service period after the order has been processed and shipped. It does not necessarily include order-processing time.

3. 1-Day Shipping

Tidel Supply may offer 1-day expedited shipping for eligible products and destinations.

The 1-day shipping charge is calculated based on:

  • Product/package weight.

  • Shipping destination.

  • Package dimensions where applicable.

  • Carrier rates.

  • Service availability.

The final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.

1-day shipping refers to the applicable carrier transit/service period after the order has been processed and shipped. It does not necessarily mean delivery on the calendar day following the order.

4. Shipping Charges Based on Weight and Distance

Expedited shipping charges may vary from one order to another.

Tidel Supply may calculate expedited shipping charges using a combination of:

Package Weight + Package Dimensions + Shipping Distance + Carrier Service + Destination + Applicable Surcharges

For example, a heavier package or a package traveling a longer distance may have a higher expedited shipping cost than a lightweight package traveling a shorter distance.

The price shown at checkout is the applicable shipping charge for the customer's order and selected shipping service.

5. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Processing time may vary depending on:

  • Product availability.

  • Warehouse location.

  • Order volume.

  • Product type.

  • Verification requirements.

  • Weekends and holidays.

An expedited shipping selection does not necessarily reduce the time required to process an order before shipment.

6. Delivery Estimates

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

8. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and International Shipping

The free standard-shipping offer described in this policy applies to the contiguous 48 states only.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes, or international destinations may be unavailable or may require additional shipping charges and special services.

Where such destinations are supported, the applicable shipping cost and service options will be displayed at checkout.

9. Multiple-Item Orders

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in one or more packages.

Products may be shipped from different warehouses or locations when necessary.

If an order is shipped in multiple packages, customers may receive separate tracking numbers and different delivery dates.

10. Tracking

When available, Tidel Supply will provide tracking information after an order has been shipped.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives and scans the package.

11. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment appears to be lost, substantially delayed, or arrives damaged, customers should contact Tidel Supply promptly.

For damaged packages, customers should retain the original packaging and product until Tidel Supply or the carrier has completed any necessary investigation.

Tidel Supply may request photographs, tracking information, order details, or other documentation.

12. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused by the customer or returned because it could not be delivered, additional shipping or handling charges may apply where permitted.

Any refund will be handled in accordance with Tidel Supply's Return & Refund Policy.

13. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions because of their size, weight, manufacturer requirements, carrier rules, or applicable laws.

Available shipping options will be determined based on the product and destination.

The shipping options and charges displayed at checkout are the most current options available for the customer's order.
